Environmental Management / Urban Management / Water and Sewerage
Environmental management is indispensable to sustainable development. Most of our technical experts have more than 20 years of experience in this field. Our strongest areas in environmental management are water quality management and garbage control.
Environmental Assessment
Many regional governments in Japan have enacted ordinances pertaining to environmental impact assessments since 1999, when the Japanese government enacted legislation requiring environmental impact assessments. CTI provides environmental impact assessment services that communities and residents can depend on ? assessments of the effects of projects on the locality's air, water, flora and fauna and aesthetics.
Urban Planning
Urban areas provide large-scale settings in which people, culture, and information interface and evolve. To help mature urban societies continue to grow safely and enjoy prosperity, CTI provides "urban engineering" services based on detailed, up-to-date city planning methods and solid structural engineering expertise.
Water Environment and Wastewater
CTI services support healthy and abundant regeneration of water circulation and management for a safe and comfortable quality of life. We provide services in such areas as wastewater lines, pump stations, treatment facilities, real-time controlled operations management planning, non-point
source measures, and retrofit and assessment of facilities that are deteriorating or in need of seismic improvement.
Solid Waste Management
Waste reduction and recycling support the economy as well as public health. CTI offers services for such facilities as waste disposal sites and waste processing plants that support global environmental protection and energy conservation. We develop effective proposals for the reuse of former waste processing plants and heat-emitting energy sources.
