The Gassan dam, located on the upstream of Akagawa River features Roller Compacted Dam-Concrete (RCD), with a construction method in which concrete supply was done with a conveyor system. This multi-purpose dam is 123 m high, has a dam crest of 393 m, a dam volume of 1.16 million m3. Our company implemented basic and detail structural design, planning and design of the main temporary facilities, monitoring and/or analysis and evaluation of the dam structures throughout the project period.
