CTI plays supervisoty role in various Private Finance Initiative (PFI) projects instead of the local government. In this project, Furukawa-Minami Junior High School was relocated to a new site and its housekeeping jobs including food service and operation of the library are operated under a PFI scheme. CTI was responsible for the supervision of all phases and all aspects of this Project.
