CTI has a wade range of experience in urban planning and renewal. This includes reorganization of areas surrounding train stations.
For the Suita Station project, CTI was in charge of the renewal work for the entire station plaza area. This included the reorganization of the bus terminals, construction of a new bike parking lot, construction of elevators and escalators, and improvement plaza amenities. The aim of all of this works was to create barrier-free access and an appealing space for commuters. Collection and reflection of the opinion of residents was an important part for the planning process for this project.
