CTI Engineering Co., Ltd. is "Japan's first consulting engineering company", which has developed through its high level of technical expertise and its emphasis on "people" and "technology" since its predecessor, the Construction Technology Institute Foundation which was founded in 1945.

Today, society as a whole is facing a variety of challenges, such as floods and droughts associated with climate change, damage caused by large-scale earthquakes, changes in ecosystems, sustainable use of energy and resources, ageing infrastructure facilities, and technological innovations such as DX promotion and the use of generative AI.
