Notice of acquisition of all shares in Yuasa Consultant Co., Ltd.

CTI Engineering Co., Ltd. announces that it has signed a share purchase agreement on 21 May 2024 to acquire all outstanding shares of Kyoto-based Yuasa Consultant Co Ltd., ("Yuasa") (Head office: Nakagyo-ku, Kyoto; Representative Director: Hiroyuki Yuasa). After acquiring of all shares, Yuasa Consultant Co. will become a subsidiary of CTI Engineering Co., Ltd..

In its medium- to long-term vision 'SPRONG 2030', which sets 2030 as the target year, CTI Engineering Group intends to 'expand business processes', 'expand business fields' and 'expand markets (customers)' by actively conducting research and development and M&A, thereby achieving sustainable growth for the entire Group. Yuasa Consultant Co., Ltd. is a consulting engineering company that has been in business for 48 years and is developing its business in the water supply and road sectors, mainly in Kyoto City. By bringing Yuasa into the Group, the markets and technologies held by Yuasa will be developed within the Group, thereby expanding the business of the Group as a whole.
