We are pleased to announce that we have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) regarding a business partnership with a prominent subsea geotechnical survey company that has bases in the UK, Malaysia, and other locations.

On December 3, 2025, CTI Engineering Co., Ltd., Chi-ken Sogo Consultants Co., Ltd., and Enviros Survey & Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. (Headquarters: UK) officially entered into this MoU to form a business alliance in the field of seabed ground surveys for offshore wind farm projects in Japan.　

Through collaboration between CTI Engineering, Chi-ken Sogo Consultants, and Enviros, we aim to establish a presence in seabed ground surveys within the expected growth market for Japan's offshore wind farm sector.
