CTI Engineering has achieved "B" Score in CDP Climate Change 2025

We are pleased to announce that CTI Engineering Co., Ltd. has received "B" score--the third-highest rating from the top -- in the CDP Climate Change Questionnaire 2025, conducted by CDP, an international non-profit organization that analyzes and evaluates the environmental initiatives of companies and local governments worldwide.

  • CDP scores are assessed on an eight-level scale (A, A-, B, B-, C, C-, D, D-).

■What is CDP?
CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project) is a non-profit organization that evaluates corporate and municipal initiatives aimed at protecting the global environment and discloses the results to the public.
 

We responded to CDP's Climate Change Questionnaire and, following 2024, has been recognized with "B" score for the second consecutive year.
 

"B" score corresponds to the Management level and indicates that the company has been evaluated as "undertaking actions associated with good environmental management, based on awareness of the organization's impact on the environmental issues."

 

■The CTI Engineering Group's Approach to Sustainability
The CTI Engineering Group consolidated its sustainability initiatives into the "CTI Engineering Group Basic Policy on Sustainability," effective January 1, 2026.

The CTI Engineering Group has established its business philosophy as "We strive to create a safe, comfortable and enriching society using world-class technology and expertise." Guided by our management philosophy, we recognize that all of our businesses are closely connected to the creation of a sustainable society, and we strive to enhance corporate value and contribute to the sustainable development of society through the practice of our Code of Conduct. 

 

  

With regard to global environmental conservation, the CTI Engineering Group expressed its support for the TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures) in FY 2020. In addition, in December 2022, the CTI Engineering Group established the "CTI Engineering Group Challenges for Sustainability Promotion Plan" (announced on December 8, 2022). Under this plan, the Group has set a medium-term target of achieving net-zero carbon dioxide emissions from corporate activities by 2030, aiming for net-zero emissions for Scope 1 and Scope 2.  

 

Over the long term, the CTI Engineering Group aims to achieve net-zero greenhouse gas emissions, including the supply chain, by 2050, targeting net-zero emissions including Scope 3.
 

At the same time, in order to contribute to enhancing the sustainability of local communities and society through infrastructure development, the CTI Engineering Group is promoting consulting services that support sustainability.
 

Going forward, the CTI Engineering Group will continue to further strengthen its efforts to address climate change toward the realization of a decarbonized society.
