To increase the efficiency of construction management business, we have developed a platform that can be used to share various types of project supervision information, including design information and construction progress information.

Using this platform enables more efficient information sharing between project stakeholders while also speeding up decision-making and facilitating prompt progression to the next required step, etc.

1. Background
Projects involve many stakeholders, including clients, designers, and builders as well as local residents, landowners, and related organizations. In terms of construction management business, it is important for these stakeholders to share their latest information to promote project progress without interruption. In addition--to smoothly transfer work when the person in charge of a project changes or to apply results to similar projects--it is necessary to organize information on the project background, applied management methods, etc. in an easy-to-understand way and retain this information.

2. Technology features

By displaying BIM/CIM-based 3D design data as well as project supervision information that includes processes, risks, and issues, our tool makes it possible to confirm an overview of each project as well as progress and problems at a glance and then share this information.
The necessary information can also be selected and retrieved in line with the user's objectives.

3. Future prospects
We are currently working on refining the platform as we actually use it for multiple kinds of current construction management business.
