Handling of Personal Information
1. Purposes of Use of Personal Information
We will use personal information collected by us only for the purposes of use related to our business, which will be identified in advance, except in cases, for example, where notice regarding the purposes of use is separately provided. We may entrust the handling of personal data retained by us to business contractors to the extent necessary for the performance of our business operations. However, in such cases, we will select appropriate contractors, conclude contracts outlining personal information handling, and exercise necessary and adequate supervision over contractors.

- - We have established internal regulations and other policies concerning methods for handling personal data, as well as managers and personnel responsible for data handling and their respective responsibilities, etc.

- - Along with appointing management supervisors responsible for personal data handling, we clearly define the personnel responsible for handling personal data and the scope of personal data they are authorized to handle. In the event that any confirmed or suspected violations of the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other relevant laws and regulations are identified, we have in place a system for reporting to management supervisors, as well as a system for notifying the competent authorities and contacting the individuals concerned in accordance with the law.

- - We record the users, along with usage status and storage status, in a management ledger for personal information, etc. and implement measures to prevent theft, loss, etc. of equipment, electronic media, documents, etc. In addition, we implement measures to prevent the easy identification of personal data when transporting such equipment or electronic media, etc., including moving it within the workplace.
