Furthermore, we are improving the recognition and attraction of the Group as a whole through means such as activities by academic associations and external event planning, leading to the recruitment and retention of even more human resources.
  2. In addition to in-house fostering of human resources, we are also actively recruiting human resources with expertise and global human resources from outside the company. We are offering a broad range of opportunities enabling the acquired personnel to utilize their skills and experiences, and supporting the understanding and promotion of the CTI Engineering Group’s corporate philosophy and culture.
