Workplace Environment Reform

For sustained enhancement of corporate value, it is vital that every employee maintains a high level of engagement. We are implementing various measures to create a workplace environment based on trust and respect, with the aim of strengthening organizational capabilities, improving productivity, and enhancing employee engagement.

Introducing the Motivation Cloud

  • Although we have thus far been using our unique Employee Satisfaction Survey to understand and evaluate employee engagement, in 2023, we introduced the Motivation Cloud by Link and Motivation Inc. to accelerate the cycle of diagnosing and improving employee engagement and thus further strengthen our human capital. By quantifying employee engagement and visualizing the organization’s weaknesses and strengths, we can identify the gap between what employees expect from the company and the organization and the current reality, and utilize the results for organizational management.

Manager training

  • We conduct training for managers on topics such as communication with subordinates, promoting diversity, and addressing unconscious bias. The training aims to promote communication and mutual understanding, strengthen organizational capabilities, and create a workplace environment based on trust and respect.

1-on-1 meetings

  • We encourage regular 1-on-1 meetings to foster good relationships between supervisors and subordinates, support growth, and enhance motivation by activating communication.

Utilizing “Thanks Points”

  • We use “Thanks Points” (points awarded for expressions of gratitude, praise, and so on in one’s daily work) with the aim of fostering a sense of belonging to the organization, building good interpersonal relationships, creating opportunities for feedback through work, and promoting autonomous work styles.
