CTI Engineering Group’s Sustainability Initiatives

The CTI Engineering Group has established the following Business Philosophy: we strive to create a safe, comfortable and enriching society using world-class technology and expertise. We have spelled out our principles of action for achieving this in our Code of Corporate Conduct, and, to realize a sustainable society, we have promoted business that emphasizes environmental, social, and governance (ESG) priorities. To help ensure the sustainable development of society, it is important to contribute to both reducing the environmental impact, such as through greenhouse-gas reduction and resource recycling, and disaster prevention and mitigation. The CTI Engineering Group develops technologies aimed at reducing natural-disaster risks and enhancing resilience while also collaborating with local communities to contribute to the creation of a society that offers safety and security. In addition, we promote respect for human rights and diversity, emphasize highly transparent information disclosure and dialogues with our stakeholders, and thus pursue management as a reliable company.

To further promote such initiatives, we formulated the CTI Engineering Group Basic Policy on Sustainability. Based on this policy, we will fulfill our corporate social responsibility by preserving a culture that people value through our corporate activities while also creating new value to simultaneously achieve the sustainable development of both society and our company. Sustainability is a vital keyword in terms of the management of the CTI Engineering Group.
