Health Management Declaration

We established the CTI Engineering Basic Policy on Well-Being in November 2021. Since our greatest management resource is our people, we believe ensuring that our employees are “healthy both physically and mentally” is of paramount value to the Company’s well-being.
In order to achieve this, we will proactively invest in the prevention of illnesses and lifestyle diseases, promote mental and physical health, and establish a comfortable workplace, while we continuously evaluate the effectiveness of such investments and make improvements thereof.

Management issues we want to solve via health management

We have established the four main points of our CTI Engineering Basic Policy on Well-Being, including our commitment to the mental and physical health of our employees, as management issues we want to solve via health management.

  • ① Creating a state of mental and physical health
  • ② Establishing a work environment based on trust and respect
  • ③ Building a system that accepts diverse work styles and enhancing work-life balance
  • ④ Fostering a corporate culture in which employees feel their own growth and work autonomously with goals and a sense of purpose

Final target indicators related to health

We will promote health management to achieve our targets by monitoring the following indicators quantitatively.

  • Presenteeism (a state of reduced productivity due to health problems, although not leading to absenteeism).
  • Absenteeism (sick leave and its status)
  • Employee engagement (Spontaneously held “passion for work,” “desire to contribute,” and “sense of attachment”)

Establishment of other targets

We will promote health management by establishing other health-related data and indicators.

Toward solving our management issues

We will strive to achieve well-being, one of our management issues, by promoting health management through the continued execution of policies and evaluation of their effectiveness. With this, we will aim to create a cycle that improves business performance and facilitates growth for both employees and the Company.
